Academically Natasha started her education at City University with a degree in Sociology and Economics. At the age of 22 Natasha was the youngest student to be accepted on a Masters program in the USA with Depaul University in Chicago; to study the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) course. Studying with qualified HR professionals and Senior VP of HR in the USA Natasha’s wealth of knowledge, exposure to professionals in the industry started very early on in her career. Today she is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) the worlds largest HR professional network.
She started her professional career with Hays Logistics in 2000 on their graduate scheme. Setting up the Victoria office with her Manager within two years she managed the Victoria office and 8 staff (the top-performing office in the country). Natasha recruited on a retained and contingency basis from Supply Chain Director to Logistics Director. It was in 2004 that Natasha had peaked in her career with Hays and decided to take a sabbatical.
Being the ambitious individual that she is Natasha was offered the opportunity to work with Michael Page and Robert Walters. She started with Michael Page Human Resources in October 2006. In her first year, she was their top biller within HR. She set up their St Albans office and then moved to London to set up permanent recruitment for the Public Sector. She was promoted to Managing Consultant and contributed to the growth of the Public sector office billing over £1 million.
She is a seasoned recruiter and has always delivered on her many retainers. An example of this is where Natasha won 35 Retained assignments with her Director for the DWP. She was the Account manager for Michael page and personally filled 17 of these roles. She is totally conversant with Competency-based Interviewing techniques, Assessment centres, Testing skill sets and Diversity reporting techniques.
Natasha’s ambition took her a step further and she set up Oliver Sanderson search and selection. She currently recruits from Board level to Middle management roles cross-sector.
Ash successfully built one of the largest CE companies in the UK supplying the likes of Amazon, Tescos, Maplin, John Lewis, WH Smith, Argos, Carphone Warehouse, Dixons, QVC, Sit UP & many others. Growing his Group of Companies from a one-bedroom flat selling PCs to the local residents to a Group consisting of factories in HK & China, Software Developers, CE in India and the US, employing just over10,000 people all over the Globe. His company took No1 Market share from such names as Toshiba, Samsung, Kodak in the Digital Photo Frame market, in one instance the Group was No1 in market share in the Mp3 arena, one of his biggest achievements was taking his company to a T/O of $18m per month. The DAB player launched was voted 'WHICH' DAB player of the year, with licenses for Manchester United, Newcastle, Arsenal, Liverpool & Twentieth Century Fox saw the Group venture into many products.
Launching the first e-book reader in India with top Bollywood stars has meant that Ash has experience of making and taking a company from start to a Global player. Ash loves gadgets, you only have to look at his desk at the office to work that one out! Ash now handles everything operational at SNAPP CV and also overlooks the 'Exec App' project being launched by OS Innovation, he has also Co-Founded Oliver Sanderson our sister company a venture into the recruitment sector.
Marija brings with her a wealth of experience from the operational and commercial side of business aspects, her more notable experience included appearing on Channel 4’s undercover boss, whilst CEO of Harry Ramsdens.
Marija has held several senior roles including COO of YODEL, MD of Nuffield Health and Director of Operations of YUM Restaurants International which incorporated the KFC brand in the UK. Marija currently works very closely with Natasha and the Board to help Oliver Sanderson through this very exciting time of transition and delivering on the convergence of our software offering with our traditional recruiting practices.
Hussein is a founding partner of Hoxton Ventures, a London-based early-stage European venture capital firm. The firm was founded in 2013 with a $40 million fund and has made 19 investments to date, which collectively have a market capitalization of over $3.7 billion. Hussein currently represents Hoxton on the boards of Babylon Health, bd4travel, Behavox, Darktrace and TourRadar.
Hussein is also an angel investor in Bea's of Bloomsbury, GoCardless, Halo Neuroscience, Popxo, Signpost, and Yieldify. He is an advisor to Tarmin and was previously an advisor to the chairman of Eros International (NYSE: EROS). Hussein has also occasionally assisted the UK government with technology policy and appears on BBC, Bloomberg, CNN and Sky News.
Formerly, Hussein was an associate at Accel Partners, where he focused on consumer internet, financial technology and software investments. He helped invest in OpenGamma, Playfish (acquired by EA) and Dapper (acquired by Yahoo). Hussein joined Accel from Microsoft Corporation where he was a platform planner, product manager, and senior manager. He also helped put together Safe-View (acquired by L-3) and worked at Radiance Technologies (acquired by Comcast) and Studio Verso (acquired by KPMG).
Hussein holds an MBA from London Business School and did his undergraduate studies in Symbolic Systems at Stanford University.
With over 15 years of experience in the digital products and services industry, especially in the new age techniques of lean and agile product management strategy, Karthik brings a wealth of experience and practical know-how to the SnappCV team. He comes with practical knowledge and experience in setting the vision and defining the strategy, as well as then motivating and empowering teams to go achieve those targets.
As one of the Non-Executive Directors (NED) of the SnappCV Group who also happens to be a bit of a celebrity, having appeared in the UK's premier business based reality TV show, The Apprentice, Karthik is a great addition to the board and brings in the wow factor.
After an early HR and General Management career in Transportation and Manufacturing, Susie held one of the largest HR leadership roles in the world with responsibility for 30 countries in EMEA, in excess of 100,000 people and global responsibility (60 countries) for talent management. She has a track record of delivery impacting all countries across the EMEA region and globally. Relentlessly driven with world-class standards, Susie has worked with top experts in the HR/OD field.
Susie has been described as a captivating presenter and communicator with a reputation for leading large scale successful transformation, a highly commercial HR function and developing the potential of others through expertise in talent management and leadership development.
After an early career in manufacturing with Ford and BAESystems Peter took up senior talent and HR Director roles with Airbus. More recently Peter has held HR Director roles with Royal Mail including Group Director of Talent and Resourcing. Currently, Peter is Director HR Centres of Excellence with ENGIE (previously GDF Suez).
Peter is an internationally experienced senior HRD Director with extensive expertise in the areas of talent
development, employee relations, and resourcing.
Ellie is the UK HR Director for SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical engineering services. Before SPIE Ellie has worked for Tesco, Brakes Food Distribution and DHL. She is renowned for her passion for Leadership Development and her innovations around Talent Management.
A Generalist HR professional, with over 25 years’ experience, Ellie’s number one priority has always been people. Her desire to succeed has meant that recruitment and career development feature high on the HR agenda and has ultimately led to improved employee engagement and business performance. Highly driven, commercially focused and customer-oriented are what have made Ellie a successful business leader.
Sam joined SNAPP as a digital apprentice, and he has proven to be an excellent addition to the team. He had been brought in to handle all our Social Media needs, however, he now oversees the product development team and tech support.
Sam now works with the SMT to help manage, run and coordinate all the teams Globally working on SNAPP, he will be working with all our Founders and BETA testers alike to complete, finalise and launch SNAPP to the general public! Sam has also been working very closely with Ash our CTO to help build the team to take SNAPP to the next level.
Sam is part of the Founding Team and has been instrumental and getting SNAPP off the ground!
He has been Responsible for all aspects of Retail Operations across multi-sites in several high profile organisations, including American Express, Hutchison Telecom, N Brown Group Plc, Shop Direct Group, Yodel, and Mothercare Plc, and set up key relationships with outsourcing partners in both South Africa and India. He was Appointed in 2005 to the board of Shop Direct Group to help merge two distance shopping giants together following the acquisitions of Littlewoods and GUS by the Barclay Family. This enabled the rapid development of the digitisation of the catalog giant. He has achieved much success in improving cost efficiency, service levels, site consolidation, and overall profit contribution. Left the wider group ( includes Yodel), in June 2016 and joined Mothercare Plc as Supply chain and Business Transformation Director. Key skills include Board/ senior experience in Global Supply Chain, IT, multi-site contact centres, warehousing and distribution, retail operations and digital transformation. FCA approved in financial services, wide-ranging experience in Retail, Telecoms, Financial Services, and online shopping, Keith has now become the Lead Investor in SNAPP RESUME, bringing the finance needed to expand the business and his invaluable experience to the Board as a Mentor and NED.
An experienced Global and UK based Executive who has worked across a range of FTSE30, US (incl. NASDAQ) and French (CAC) listed Companies. I have particular experience across a range of sectors (both B2B and B2C), as well as international experience (US, Europe, India, Middle East, LATAM, Asia and Africa). I have worked as part of the Executive team of a range of businesses employing from 450,000 people (with the 18 largest employer in the world) and 500 people, so can scale up and down as required. My expertise includes strategy design and delivery, leading and creating customer focused businesses and teams, culture development and significant change management, Industrial and Employee Relations, M&A, demergers, sales, due diligence, restructuring, reward and pensions, leadership and talent development, succession planning, organisation design, employment law, corporate transactions, cash raising, business turnarounds, process improvement, downsizing and growth delivery. I have also led the FSA Compliance team for the 10th biggest insurer in the UK and am currently FCA approved as a NED with Which? Financial Services Ltd.

Currently Chairman of a PE backed SaaS technology company; Chair of Remuneration and Nominations Committees and as an Executive adviser and partner with Remuneration, Nomination and Audit committee leadership including: Chairman (Lord Myners, Alison Carnwath, Tim Gardam and Judy Gibbons), NED (including Sir Win Bischoff, Sir Stuart Rose, Sir Roger Carr and David Rough) and shareholders/analysts (including funding rounds and managing shareholder consultation) as well as Non Executive and Executive recruitment. Vision and strategy development and planning; building Company reputation and customer trust and risk management; financial and business planning, liquidity and debt structures, cost management, executive and leadership development, HSE, Remuneration and CSR (including Chairing the CR Committee).
